All other shading products supplied by SWR Ltd carry a 1 year guarantee from date of delivery.
Neither form of guarantee covers, misuse of the product, accidental damage or adverse environmental conditions and is limited to the supply only of replacement parts.
The manufacturer of the products listed above will exercise their reasonable judgment as to the validity of any claim and where necessary will attend site to carry out a full inspection. Claims made that result in site visits by SWR or the manufacturer that are deemed to be caused by issues other than fair wear and tear will be charged to the purchaser.
